Nanobio-Europe conferences provide an ideal venue for industrial, academic and governmental organizations to share common objectives and drive the commercialisation of nanobiotechnology and nanomedicine discoveries. Last year more than 300 participants gathered in Munster (Germany) for Nanobio-Europe2007, and 15 companies and organizations exhibited at this meeting. The combined exhibition, poster displays, and catering was a big success.

This year we have chosen Barcelona for Nanobio-Europe2008. This lively city, capital of the region of Catalonia, is located on the Mediterranean coast in the east of Spain, and it is well connected by road and rail to other parts of Spain and Europe. In addition, Barcelona's Airport is 13 kms (8 miles) from the city of Barcelona. Technology parks universities, technology and research centres and extensive business and industrial activities, all combine to give Barcelona, and its surroundings, its singular potential for commercial growth and development.

Stand Allocation: on first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibitors are asked to provide their booth number request (floor plan available in February 2008).
Booth distribution in the floor plan is only orientative. Modifications can be included upon request. Please, contact us if you have any special need or request.
Additional furniture or audio-visual equipment are available for a fee upon request.
After receipt of an e-mail confirming your exhibition package choice, you will receive an invoice that will serve as confirmation of your assistance as exhibitor at Nanobio-Europe2008. On due time, you will be asked to complete the Registration form. On-line registration will open end of February 2008.

Payment of fees: Booth space is not reserved until payment is received. Booth fee payment must be received before the early-bird fee deadline, or a surcharge will apply. Fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation is allowed until April 25, 2008 without any penalty. A 30% cancellation fee will be assessed if cancellation is received after that date. Cancellations received after May 12, 2008 will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total fee.
